SignalFlow is a macOS desktop app for marketing agencies. It turns each client brand's voice and strategy into a daily plan, drafts posts with the AI model you choose, and publishes through official platform APIs, but only after a person approves each post.
One cycle, four phases
Every post in SignalFlow moves through the same four phases. AI does the drafting. A person makes every decision that reaches the public.

Plan
Set up each brand once: its voice, its channels and its media. The Automation Planner then sets how many posts go out per day on each platform, the image and video mix, and the exact time of every post.
- 02First quarter
Draft
When a post is due, SignalFlow drafts one version per channel in the brand's voice. You choose the model: Gemini, ChatGPT, the OpenAI or Gemini API, or write it yourself.
- 03Waxing gibbous
Review and approve
Every draft lands in a review inbox as Needs review. Before anything can be scheduled, a preflight check confirms the channel is connected, the media is reachable and the post type is supported.
- 04Full moon
Publish and track
Approved posts publish through the official Meta Graph API. Each job carries an idempotency key, so a retry can never post the same thing twice, and every result is recorded against the brand.

Agencies run many brands at once. SignalFlow keeps each brand's queue, voice and approvals apart, and shows exactly why a post is or is not ready to go.

Client and brand workspaces
Organise work as client, brand and channel. Each brand has its own voice, media library, schedule and approval history.
Automation Planner
Posts per day, image and video mix, and a time for every post, set per platform. Due posts become drafts for review, never automatic posts.
Your choice of AI model
Draft with Gemini or ChatGPT subscriptions, the official OpenAI and Gemini APIs, or by hand. Every draft records which model wrote it.
Approval gate and preflight
Nothing is published without a human approval. Preflight blocks posts with missing media, a disconnected channel or an unsupported format.
Official publishing, safe retries
Facebook Pages publish through the official Meta Graph API. Idempotency keys and retry states stop duplicate posts when a network call fails.
Credentials stay on your Mac
Platform tokens are stored in a user-only file on your computer. The app interface never reads them, and SignalFlow never copies browser cookies or passwords.
Content studio
Each post follows a structured brief: topic, content pillar, objective, caption, call to action, hashtags and quality checks.
Media library
Register images and videos by their public link, including shared Google Drive files, with checksums so the right file is always attached.
Knowledge and analytics
Search each brand's knowledge base, keep research and trend notes, reuse content recipes and record every published result.

- Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, for drafting with a Gemini or ChatGPT subscription
- A Facebook Page you manage, connected through Meta's official login
- An account with the AI provider you want to use, or none if you write by hand
Before you ask
Does SignalFlow post without my approval?
No. Automation only creates drafts. Every post needs a person's approval and must pass a publishing preflight before it can be scheduled.
Where is my data stored?
On your Mac. Brands, drafts, schedules and media records live in a local database, and platform credentials in a file only your user account can read.
Which AI writes the drafts?
The one you choose for each brand: a Gemini or ChatGPT subscription you already pay for, the official OpenAI or Gemini API, or your own writing. Each draft records which model wrote it.
Which platforms can it publish to?
Facebook Pages today. Instagram is in testing. TikTok and YouTube are planned once their official app reviews are complete.
Does it run on Windows?
Not yet. The core of SignalFlow is platform-neutral, and a Windows version is planned.
What does it cost?
Early access is free unless we agree otherwise in writing.
